Place an Order by FAX

If you are having difficulties placing an order on our Yahoo Shopping Cart,
you can download our order form (.pdf), type on the form online, and fax it
to us to 301-274-2929. We will then send you an e-mail confirmation to let you
know that your order has been received and is being processed. We would also
be happy to contact you directly to take your order over the telephone. Call

Shipping Policy

We only ship to Continental United States. Currently we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.All orders are imported and will begin to be processed on the next
business day. Unless otherwise notified, we process most orders within 2-3 business
days. Due to the nature of our business we cannot ship same day. All orders
will incur a minimum $12.95 shipping fee. If you specified a specific need date,
you may incur expedited delivery fees to meet that need date. Most shipping
fees cannot be determined until product weight and delivery address are received. Most orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping to Hawaii will be much higher than those states in the continental U.S. We do not ship to P.O. or APO boxes. We will only ship within U.S.

BridalEverything.com will not be responsible for orders that have been shipped and indicate delivery through ship tracking numbers. Customers must contact appropriate carriers for package tracking if delivery was not made on a shipped order.

Return Policy

Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended
for a one time usage we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales
are final.

Should you receive a damaged item
or an error in your order caused by us, please call us at (301) 274-2440 within
3 days of receipt of your order and we will send out a replacement at no charge.
