Shipping Policy
We only ship to Continental United States. We do not ship to APO boxes or to any other country outside the U.S. All orders are imported and will begin to be processed on the next business day. Unless otherwise notified, we process most orders within 5-7 business days. Due to the nature of our business we cannot ship same day. All orders will incur a minimum $9.95 shipping fee. If you specified a specific need date, you may incur expedited delivery fees to meet that need date. Most shipping fees cannot be determined until product weight and delivery address are received. Most orders are shipped via UPS, however, whenever possible, we dropship directly from our suppliers who may use a different delivery method (Fedex, USPS, DHL).
BridalEverything.com will not be responsible for orders that have been shipped and indicate delivery through ship tracking numbers. Customers must contact appropriate carriers for package tracking if delivery was not made on a shipped order.
Although at checkout you are only provided with the option for ground shipping, we do use the following methods for shipping: U.S. Postal Services and FedEx. Most products are dropshipped direct from our suppliers who may not provide alternate methods of shipping other than those that they use.

$0.00 - $14.99 = $9.95
$15.00 - $29.99 = $12.95
$30.00 - $74.99 = $16.95
$75.00 - $124.99 = $19.95
$125.00 - $249.99 = $24.95
$250.00 + = FREE
Shipping is an additional $5-$10 for Alaska & Hawaii.
If you specified a need date in the NEED DATE field at check out, you may incur expedited delivery fees to meet that need date. Most shipping fees cannot be determined until product weight and delivery address are received. If we cannot meet your need date (some things are just out of our control), we will notify you immediately via e-mail and begin processing a refund to your credit card or paypal account.
Return Policy -
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage we cannot accept returns on any merchandise.
All sales are final.
Should you receive a damaged item or an error in your order caused by us, please call us at 1-888-581-4961 within 2 days of receipt of your order and we will send out a replacement at no charge.
